The man behind Family Guy, Seth McFarlane has recently said that a Family Guy movie may be possible in the near future. MacFarlane said that there have been discussions recently about the possibilty of an upcoming full length Family Guy motion picture, and that he wants to start wooing on the script for the movie as soon as possible so he can hopefully begin production on the movie within a year.

MacFarlane had his to say on the subject, “Doing the show is a seven day a week process, so I don’t know how we will squeeze in a movie. But we will figure it out. I have an idea about what it will be. It’s definately something you wouldn’t be able to do on the show. That’s the only reason to do a movie.”

Season 6 of the hit TV show Family Guy will be released on DVD October 21, 2008.  The DVD box set will include all the episodes from season 6 as well as comentaries and deleted scenes.  Here’s a deleted scene from Family Guy season 6, entitled 911 Call:
