Family Guy Creator Signs Deal With Google For Online Show

According to the New York Times Article, Seth MacFarlane, of Family Guy fame, has signed a deal with Google for an exclusive animated online show. Entitled ‘Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy,’ the new original animated series that will air exclusively online. Google will use many of its different services to distribute clips of the series. Some of the distribution channels include the Google Adsense advertising network and Youtube video clips. This marks a huge milestone for online distributed content, especially original web content. Family Guy and American Dad creator Seth MacFarlane said “I just felt I could be a lot more honest on the Internet.”
